We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
Please note that orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.

**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the shipping method selected during checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.

**Shipping Zones**
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including all APO's, FPO’s, and DPO’s. As well as most countries around the world

**Order Tracking**
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.

**Lost or Damaged Packages**
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@blackjack-nutrition within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
